Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping Notes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
  • We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our premium activewear with a customer-friendly return policy:

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Required: Original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sports Bras
  • Leggings

These items may only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Details of items to return (name, size, color)
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 5: Track Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • For damaged/defective items: We’ll provide a free return label

Refund Information

  • Method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly specify in your email that you want an exchange and indicate your preferred replacement
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
