Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Sports Bras
- Leggings
These items may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

USA - Track Your Return: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, except for defective/wrong items
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or color changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return label and expedite your replacement
